Kurang lebih 30 lapak dan bangunan semi permanen, yang berdiri di sepanjang lorong ampang-ampang ditertibkan oleh petugas gabungan dari Pol PP, Polisi Satu persatu bangunan yang kerap dijadikan tempat mesum ini didata oleh petugas, sementara pemilik lapak dan bangunan semi permanen ini hanya bisa pasrah.
Salah satu pemilik lapak dan bangunan semi permanen yang berdiri di jalan tersebut, Ati mengaku bahwa dirinya juga di mendirikan bangunan hampir 20 tahun tinggal di kawasan tersebut.
“Sudah mendiami tempat ini 20 tahun, sampai anak saya sekarang sudah kuliah dan kita cuman buka warung barang harian,” paparnya.
Kasat Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Dumai, Bambang Wardoyo mengatakan pemeriksaan KTP dan bangunan semi permanen yang ada di sepanjang lorong ampang-ampang ini, karena hampir kesemua karaoke di sini tidak memilik izin dan terkenal menjadi tempat mesum di malam hari.
“Pemeriksaan KTP dan bangunan semi permanen yang berdiri di kawasan akan terus dilakukan, hingga tempat itu bersih dari tempat maksiat,’ papar Bambang.
