DETIK12.com,DUMAI – Kondisi tidak layaknya Bandar Sri Junjungan diakui oleh BUMD Pelabuhan Dumai Berseri sebagai pihak pengelola Bandar Sri Junjungan. Hal itu disampaikan Direktur Operasional BUMD Syahroni menanggapi pemberitaan terkait kondisi terminal sisi darat Bandar Sri Junjungan yang memperhatikan.
“Ya betul belum layak, sebelum 1 februari rencananya sudah diperbaiki,” ujarnya.
Bahkan ia mengakui masih banyak banyak hal yang masih harus diperbaiki terkait dengan terminal sisi darat tersebut. “Bertahap pelan tapi pasti,” ujarnya.
Seperti diberitakan sebelumnya, Terminal Bandar Sri Junjungan yang berada di Kecamatan Dumai Barat pad Februari di rencanakan akan di operasikan. Namun sayangnya bangunan yang menghabiskan anggaran milyar rupiah itu kondisinya memprihatinkan, padahal sudah beberapa kali di renovasi.
Bagaimana tidak, beberapa bagian bangun retak, mulai dinding, lantai hingga atap yang bolong. Padahal gedung yang menghabiskan anggaran sekitar Rp5,7 Milyar itu sama sekali belum pernah di gunakan.
Belum lagi beberapa fasilitas yang belum memadai seperti ruang tunggu yang kecil dan beberapa fasilitas utama untuk pelabuhan penumpang yang harus di penuhi. Dengan kondisi tersebut, pelabuhan penumpang Bandara Sri Junjungan di nilai masyarakat belum layak untuk di operasional, namun anehnya Dirjen Perhubungan Laut Kemenhub sudah mengeluarkan izin operasional terminal penumpang Bandar Sri Junjungan.
Di sisi darat terminal Penumpang Bandar Sri Junjungan terdiri dari dua bangunan, satu bangunan yang dibangun oleh Pemko Dumai dengan anggaran total Rp5,37 Milyar dan satu bangunan lagi dibangun dengan APBN Rp2,5 Milyar.Sedangkan disisi laut untuk dergama total anggaran terserap dari APBN sebesar Rp113 milyar. Dermaga laut ini sempat mengalami renovasi, karena beberapa bagian dermaga mengalami kerusakan parah, bahkan ponton dermaga sama sekali tidak bisa di gunakan lagi. Hingga akhirnya Pemerintah pusat kembali menganggarkan perbaikan dermaga yang sama sekali belum pernah di gunakan itu.
