Detik12.com, Dumai- Memperingati HUT Pertamina ke 61 tahun, Pertamina RU II bersama Baituzzakah Pertamina (BAZMA) mengelar Khitan massal, Sabtu (22/12/18).
Acara yang berlansung di RSPD tersebut diikuti oleh sekitar 206 putra dumai yang berasal dari masyarakat prasejahtera yang ada di ring 1 dan Ring 2 kilang Pertamina.
General Manager Pertamina RU II, Otto Gerentaka mengungkapkan ini merupakan salah satu dari rangkaian kegiatan memperingati ulang tahun Pertamina dalam bentuk bakti sosial untuk masyarakat kota Dumai.
” Khitan massal adalah wujud syukur kami atas pencapaian yangtelah diraih Pertamina selama 61 tahun bergerak sebagai badan usaha milik negara ya g memiliki tanggung jawab dalam pemenuhan ketahanan energi nasional,” ujar otto.
Oto berharap kegiatan ini menambah kebermanfaatan di tengah masyarakat kota Dumai
“Melalui kegiatan ini kami mengajak masyarakat bersama sama mendukung Pertamina sebagai perusahaan negara agar bertambah maju seiring kemajuan masyarakat.
Unit Manager Communication & CSR RU II, Muslim Dermawan juga menjelaskan kittan massal ini sudah nenjadi agenda tahunan dan antusias masyarakat.
“Tahu ini merupakan kali ke-25 Pertamina menggelar Kittan massal dan semoga ini berlanjut.
Ia menambahkan selain kittan,Pertamina juga memberi santunan anak yatim dan dhuafa sebanyak 450 orang termasuk sungai pakning dengan total Rp 975.00.000.
“Santunan tersebut akan kami berikan pada acara khitaman quran dan doa bersama anak yatim,”tutup muslim.
