Demikian pula waktu jam kedatangan, para penumpang yang baru tiba dari Batam,tanjung pinang juga terlihat seperti hari biasa.
Untuk keberangkatan domestik adalah pagi mulai pukul 07.20 WIB,dan Jam 10.00 WIB dengan tujuan rute Internasional di antaranya, Malaka, Prot dikson dan Muar.
Penelusuran Detik12.com dilapangan,arah menuju pelabuhan domestik-internasional di tahun 2018 ini tidak terlihat peningkatan draktis di udara maupun laut. Penumpang tujuan Tanjungpinang dan Selat panjang juga terlihat seperi biasanya. Tidak terlihat kepadatan penumpang.
Kepala Unit Imigrasi TPI Dumai, Rizal mengatakan ,”Sampai sekarang belum ada lonjakan, kalau keberangkatan khususnya ke malaca ada sedikit, tapi tidak terlalu banyak, mungkin peningkatan diperkirakan tangal 2-3 januari ini,itupun arus balik,’ujarnya.
“Dalam beberapa hari ini belum ada terlihat kepadatan. Masih seperti biasa saja. Baik penumpang tujuan lokal, maupun luar negeri,” ucapnya lagi.
Diprediksinya, kemungkinan kepadatan akan terjadi pada hari 3-2 januari ini selepas perayaan Natal dan tahun baru. Sebab, peningkatan cuman ada di keberangkatan.
