melalui Meneger operasi lapangan, Husor Hutagalung saat di konfirmasi wartawan di kantornya menjelaskan,(14/01/2019).
“Isu terkait adanya oknum kita menerima recehan dari Sopir Truk CPO tidak benar,dan kalau seandainya ada teman teman (wartawan) maupun masyarakat yang melihat dan punya bukti,mohon segera Laporkan kekita, dan kita akan segera mengambil tidakan tegas,kita lansung Pecat! Tak perduli mereka masuk melalui siapa,” ujar Husor.
PT DSA sebagai perusahan Security yang dipercaya Pelindo sebagai pemenang Tender tersebut sudah menjaga kawasan area Pelabuhan Pelindo Sejak 2015 dengan memiliki lebih kurang 70 personil dengan 4 regu dengan menjaga lebih kurang 11 titik seperti gate,gudang,dermaga A,B,C dan titik-titik lain.
“Kita pastikan angota harus Patuh terhadap SOP yang ditetapkan Pelindo, dan sekali lagi tindakan tegas kita ambil bagi oknum yang melanggar,”ujar Husor Lagi.
Di tempat terpisah pihak PT Pelindo melalui Manager Umum Aguslianto ketika dihubungi via phonsel menjelaskan,” isu tersebut pernah kita dengar, tapi sampai sekarang kita tidak ada bukti,tapi kalau ada bukti dan laporan itu pasti kita tindak tegas,dan silahkan catat nama oknum tersebut dan segera kita pecat,” ujar Aguslianto.
Kegiatan tersebut sebagai bentuk pencegahan, pemberantasan pungutan liar (pungli) yang di atur dalam Peraturan Presiden No.87 tahun 2016 dan memberikan himbauan tentang pelayanan publik dalam UU No.25 tahun 2009.
